Universal Binary:

EazyDraw is provided as single application, optimized for Tiger on either the traditional PowerPC processor or the newer faster Intel processor.  This format is called a Universal Binary.  The Universal Binary logo is licensed and closely controlled by Apple, it is your guarantee that an application is properly designed for the Intel processor.

Cocoa:

EazyDraw is 100% Cocoa Objective C.  OS X applications are based on either Carbon or Cocoa Technology.  Carbon applications are created from legacy OS 9 code which is adapted to OS X.  Cocoa applications use all of OS X's cutting edge technology; such as the PDF imaging model, Quartz graphic engine supporting transparency, anti-aliasing, unicode and much more.

But..  compatible with older Carbon Apps:

EazyDraw integrates well with MSWord, PowerPoint, AppleWorks and other "Carbon Apps" which are based on OS 9 technology but run well on OS X.  The Classic PICT format is supported on export - copy/pasted - drag/drop.  This provides high quality vector information to the receiving application for the graphics you create with EazyDraw and integrate with other documents and presentations.

Panther and Jaguar (OS X versions 10.2 and 10.3):

Panther users will use EazyDraw Version 1.9.0 until they upgrade to Tiger or newer.  Versions after 1.9.0 are provided as a Universal Binary.  Version 10.4.3 or newer is required to properly launch a universal binary application.  Jaguar users will need to remain with EazyDraw Version 1.7.1 until they upgrade to Tiger.  No additional purchase is required, one license code will work on all version of OS X and EazyDraw.
